The Strong Interest Inventory is one of the most respected and frequently used career interest inventories. It helps the client make career choices by comparing a person’s results with others like themselves who have found satisfying careers. It produces a list of 5 interest (industry) areas and the top 10 occupations that the client is most likely to find rewarding.

The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator is the most trusted personality assessment test. It sorts individual personality differences. It shows the “type” of person one is: how you get energy and deal with other people, how you process information, how you make decisions, and how you organize the world around you. The results are used for personal career development, both in career exploration and in assessing workplace dynamics and opportunities for leadership.
